OCOTC Title Plaques:  

 If you and your dog received a new title in the past year and you are a club member, the club would like to present you with a plaque in honor of your accomplishments. Please complete a Plaque Application Form and return it to the recording secretary. If you already have a plaque and need to add a title, please complete an application and turn it in with your plaque.

Applications are available in the Courier, on the website and at the armory. All applications and plaques need to be received by NOVEMBER 12th. These can be dropped off at the armory or contact the recording secretary by email at vips_house@cox.net or by phone at 455-2521.
